DLD and CDA Launch Second Phase of 'Barwa' Programme with Interactive Workshops

Dubai Land Department (DLD) and Community Development Authority (CDA) launched the second phase of the 'Barwa' Programme, a sustainable social and humanitarian real estate initiative targeting senior citizens and People of Determination. The programme includes interactive workshops to enhance awareness of real estate services, with over 18,599 beneficiaries served and 24,844 transactions completed through DLD services. Sessions are held across Dubai in June and July 2026.
