Dubai Land Department Launches Second Phase of Emirati Real Estate Business Incubator Programme

Dubai Land Department (DLD) has launched the second phase of the Emirati Real Estate Business Incubator Programme to attract 25 additional Emirati participants, reinforcing its commitment to empowering UAE nationals in the real estate sector. The programme, delivered with Dubai Silicon Oasis, New Economy Academy, and The Rochester Institute of Technology - Dubai, focuses on regulatory, legal, operational, and technological training to establish sustainable Emirati real estate companies. Participants receive mentorship, market engagement opportunities, and support for transitioning into the sector.
