Dubai Land Department strengthens rental market awareness through new ‘Ejari’ campaign

Dubai Land Department (DLD) launched an awareness campaign on the ‘Ejari’ system to improve land registration procedures and align with Dubai Government's real estate strategy. The campaign, under the slogan ‘Step by Step,’ focuses on simplifying lease registration, cancellation, certificate downloads, rental increase calculations, and non-renewal procedures. It aims to empower customers with clear information, reduce inquiries, and enhance the rental market experience through digital channels.
