Dubai Land Department Wins 2025 Hamdan Flag for Pioneering category “Tamallak+ “Initiative

Dubai Land Department (DLD) has been awarded the 2025 Hamdan Flag under the Hamdan bin Mohammed Programme for Government Services for its Tamallak+ initiative, recognizing digital transformation achievements in real estate registration. The initiative reduced service completion time by 88%, achieved 96.5% customer happiness, and integrated with 59 developers and 30 banks. It supports Dubai Economic Agenda (D33) and Real Estate Strategy 2033, contributing to Dubai’s goal of becoming the world’s best city for living, working, and investing.
