Dubai retail rents rise 5.9% as strong demand supports prime locations

Dubai: Dubai's retail property market maintained strong occupancy levels and demand during the first half of 2026, with average retail rents rising by 5.9% year-on-year, according to data from Engel & Völkers Middle East.
