First hotel at Dubai’s R1029 Island project tops out
The main structure of the first hotel in the R1029 Island Project in Dubai, built by China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC), was recently topped out. Located on a renowned artificial island in Dubai and adjacent to the iconic 7-star Burj Al Arab, the R1029 Island project covers roughly 440,000sqm of floor area and is planned to comprise four 5-star international hotels, premium apartments and a supporting commercial centre.
