Meraas awards main construction contract for City Walk Crestlane

Meraas has awarded Parkway International Contracting (L.L.C.) a main construction contract worth more than US $160.7mn for the delivery of 394 apartments across 4 residential buildings as part of Phase 3 at City Walk Crestlane. Construction has already commenced, with completion anticipated by Q3 2028.
